VetoBill is an AI-powered analysis tool. We are NOT a law firm, healthcare provider, or insurance company.
- We do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.
- Our analysis identifies potential anomalies; it does not guarantee errors exist or that you will save money.
- Always consult qualified professionals for legal or medical decisions.
Our reports are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any disputes filed with providers or insurers based on our data.
📤 Your Responsibilities
- Accuracy: You confirm that any bill you upload belongs to you or that you have authorization to act on behalf of the patient.
- Redaction: Do not upload documents containing Social Security Numbers, full credit card numbers, or sensitive health details unrelated to billing codes.
- Lawful Use: You agree not to use VetoBill for fraud, harassment, or illegal purposes.
💰 Fees & Payment Model
VetoBill operates on a success-based model:
- Upfront Cost: $0. Analysis and reports are free to generate.
- Success Fee: If we assist in a successful dispute or negotiation resulting in confirmed savings, VetoBill charges 20% of the saved amount.
- No Savings, No Fee: If no savings are confirmed, you owe nothing.
- Payment: By using our advocacy services, you agree to pay the success fee upon receipt of adjusted bills or refunds.
🔒 Data & Privacy
We prioritize your security. Uploaded documents are encrypted and automatically deleted after analysis. We do not sell your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
🛡️ Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VetoBill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including failed disputes, denied claims, or delays in billing resolution.
